Human Resources Generalist
Position Overview:
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist supports US, APAC, and EMEA endpoint employees at all levels of the company throughout their entire life cycle. Reporting to the Sr Director of Human Resources, this position coordinates and drives key functions of Benefits Management, Compliance, HRIS/Admin, Immigration, Payroll Support, Health & Safety, Employee Wellbeing & Engagement, and Rewards & Recognition.
*This role can be based remotely in the UK or US.
Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Systems & Administration
- Provide first level support for the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with country and state legal requirements.
- Serve as the employee resource and point of contact for all benefit, payroll, LOA, and general company questions.
- Support employee lifecycle from new hire through termination. Handle HR paperwork related to new hires, promotions, merit increases, group transfers, and all other employment related changes.
- Serve as an expert in ADP HRIS which will include input, maintenance, and security of employee data including hiring of employees, job changes, terminations and one-time payments, ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of employee data.
- Oversee and compile payroll data to transmit to Finance; support employees with inquiries related to payroll.
- Create, document and take ownership of HR processes. Examples include onboarding, job changes and offboarding process flows.
- Set up and maintain general control methods, records, and files as required for effective HR functions.
- Champion endpoint recognition initiatives, including tenure awards and spot bonuses.
- Manage a variety of projects. Examples include RFPs and vendor qualification for new vendors, updates to Employee Handbook and HR intranet, establishing timelines for Open Enrollment.
- Support rollout of training programs and new policies.
- Participate in new employee orientation and handle various employee on-boarding and off-boarding responsibilities.
- Benefits and Wellness Programs
- Responsible for overall administration and compliance for all benefit programs including, medical/dental/vision plans, LTD, STD, 401(k), wellness, etc.
- Primary contact with Benefits consultants and plan providers to ensure efficient administration of benefit plans. Research, analyze and recommend new benefit programs for endpoint to remain competitive and manage costs related to benefit plans. Implement programs providing effective communication and training to employees.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees related to complex benefit issues and handle the administration of FMLA, disability, parental and all other employee leave types in accordance with local governmental requirements.
- Champion employee wellness initiatives throughout the enterprise including Fitbit challenges, Wellness Wednesdays, ergonomics, flu shots, etc.
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations related to benefit programs and labor laws, including ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, EEO-1 submission, posting requirements, I-9s, audits, 401(k) and any government regulations.
- Work with immigration counsel, employees and managers to ensure timely visas for inbound and outbound US, verification of employment documents, and support with H1-B/PERM processing.
- Maintain corporate health and safety programs, in partnership with our parent enterprise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- PHR Certification preferred
Experience:
- 4+ years of progressive generalist experience in Human Resources positions; experience in high growth global companies preferred.

- Strong MS Office Suite skills required including, mail merges, pivot tables, and building PPT presentations.
- Experience working with ADP WorkforceNow systems required.
