The Human Resources Manager will be the first point of contact for employees and the hub of managing data and programs across Eaze. This role is a high-touch employee-centered resource for employee benefits, programs, and policy questions, and has the opportunity to create and build a robust culture for Eaze employees across all locations. This position will report to the Chief Legal Officer.

This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of benefits, a strong attention to detail, and an understanding of compliance for organizations of over 100 employees.

The role is ineligible for relocation assistance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the new hire onboarding for all Eaze new hires, and ensure new team members have a successful ramp up
  • Provide high touch support to employees by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
  • Lead benefit and 401k plans, along with annual audits
  • Maintain and update data across multiple systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
  • Manage day to day activities related to Human Resources functions including benefits, training programs, leaves of absence, etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone with deep experience and knowledge of a broad array of Human Resources functions, as well as compliance for companies with over 100 employees
  • A self-starter who can take a project and run with it
  • Experience with ADP or interest in learning how to use ADP as an HRIS, benefits, and time & attendance platform
  • Someone who is willing to learn and be challenged
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A can-do, customer-focused, optimistic attitude
  • High expectations for success – good enough never is!
