Niantic’s Communications team seeks an Internal Communications Manager to lead global employee communications for the company.

The Niantic Communications team advances the company's narrative and brand and represents our products and long-term vision to internal and external audiences globally. This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own a communications program that consistently encourages, informs and engages Niantic employees.
  • Lead communications moments, including company meetings and internal announcements.
  • Draft materials for the executive team, including emails, presentations, and speeches.
  • Work closely with HR to consistently audit and evaluate the efficiency of internal communications processes and tools.
  • Support senior leadership on org communications, staying flexible to rapidly changing business needs.

Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of communications experience.
  • Your past work includes employee communications within a fast moving organization, preferably in the technology industry.
  • You're comfortable using business productivity and collaboration tools to drive employee comms.
  • You are a natural self-starter and expert collaborator who is excited to lead an important function for the company.
  • You're a strong writer and verbal communicator. In fact, you consider this one of your top skills.
