An Insider's view of Bolt

What are some social events your company does?

We host a variety of events, ranging from game nights to cross-team hot wing challenges to in-office volunteering events. While remote, we’ve done a lot of trivia, Netflix parties (Groundhog Day, anyone?), poker tournaments for charity, and employee-led cooking/cocktail making classes. We try to have fun inclusive events for everyone at Bolt.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

At Bolt, we believe learning is a priority for every individual and the business as a whole. We support Bolters' development by providing them access to a formalized mentorship program, stipends for external training and education, manage development, career planning guides, DEI training, and other internal programs (just to name a few).
