The Role
We are looking for a Lead, Technical Recruiter to help us strategically grow our world-class team. You will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Zeus scale our engineering team.
What You'll Do:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Engineering, Data Science and Product organizations ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive candidate experience
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
- Source and connect with potential candidates and build a robust recruiting pipeline
- Source candidates from a variety of online and offline networks
- Work internally with the CTO, Head of Product, Head of Data, CEO, and CFO to understand positions and team needs
- Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of prior full cycle technical recruiting experience
- Enough technical knowledge to find and interact with technical candidates
- Specific experience managing technical pipelines
- Client management, offer negotiation and ability to close candidates
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple creative channels - online and offline
- Has built and maintains a broad network of tech talent
- Exposure to high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Experience building diverse teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Ability to connect and interact with different types of people
