This role is responsible for coordinating our all company virtual onboarding as well as our flagship training program for newly hired engineers - Engineering Bootcamp. The specialist is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the programs and collaborating closely with learning & development, engineering, and cross-functional partners to ensure new hires have a great onboarding experience. This role will be split ~50% on company onboarding and ~50% on Bootcamp and will report to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Work cross functionally with the Program Managers for company onboarding & bootcamp and to ensure onboarding runs smoothly
  • Schedule all events & trainings
  • Run onboarding communication channels (Gmail, slack)
  • Regularly run data analysis to measure the success of all onboarding programs
  • Document and maintain administrative procedures
  • Perform all administrative tasks
  • Respond to company onboarding & Bootcamp inquiries
  • Work with Program Managers on all communications to stakeholders
  • Lead the cohort experience
  • Work closely with the Onboarding Program Managers & Bootcamp planning team to optimize program
  • Support and help with ad hoc projects and requests

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years experience in a high growth technology company
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
