Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Manage and conduct our on-boarding program and be a critical part of the team assigned to ensure a great new hire experience
  • Become an expert on our HR processes and systems and maintain accurate data and documents
  • Continually strive to improve our HR processes and build in operational efficiencies to better streamline productivity and scalability
  • Assist in the support of our learning and development programs
  • Manage key HR practices and procedures, e.g., onboarding, off-boarding, performance reviews, compensation planning, etc.
  • Administer benefits and provide guidance related to immigration in locations where we operate
  • Manage HR programs such as benefits, performance reviews, compensation, and L&D
  • Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure employee relations issues, including investigation and resolution of employee complaints, are managed effectively and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Partner and advise managers and employees on HR related policies, programs, and procedures
  • Recommend HR approaches and strategies to continually improve the efficiency of HR processes and practices by using data/information to make informed decisions and work toward a strategy.
  • Investigate, resolve and coach managers on employee relations issues.
  • Administer and manage compensation planning and performance review processes
  • Reviews and audits overall compensation pay programs and practices to ensure effectiveness and integrity
  • Conduct exit interviews and create effective retention strategies
  • Responsible for employment approvals, personnel data transactions and interfacing with payroll
  • Oversee new hire orientation and on-boarding process for new hires
  • Address HR compliance topics to ensure the company is in adherence to HR and applicable government policies, procedures, and programs Identify and arrange training needs for employee development
  • Maintain employee files and
  • Compile reports concerning data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and Visa, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; Masters degree a plus.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in human resources generalist functions: compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance , and performance and talent management programs
  • Use metric reporting to make informed decisions
  • Work experience in the high technology industry highly preferred
  • Direct people management required
  • Have experience working with diverse employment types, locations and a global workforce
  • Must be proficient with Google Apps and HR systems

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field of study
  • Master’s degree preferred
