DoorDash seeks a Manager, focused on the enablement of the Talent Acquisition function, including development, communications, and content. You’ll play a critical role in implementing learning experiences and formats that will create humanistic, inclusive talent acquisition professionals who are aligned to our company values.

In this role, you will work directly with senior leaders and partners, and external providers to assess, scope, and design what the learning and engagement experience means for the Talent Acquisition team. This role reports to the Director, Recruiting Operations & Programs.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Manage the onboarding and immersion for all new recruiting team members.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of global recruiting content, resources and training including but not limited to systems, process and compliance.
  • Manage a blended learning model to include classroom, webinars, self-paced, and event-based training, leveraging conventional
  • Establish key performance indicators to track recruiting learning program efficacy and adoption
  • Examine issues concerning systems and programs and develop resources, trainings, and process to address the gaps
  • Develop, implement, and enable the Talent Acquisition team’s communication strategy across the business

  • Have experience developing comprehensive communication plans that articulate clear objectives, key messages, timelines, and success metrics

  • You iterate and always have ideas for improvement that’s based on a combination of data and intrinsics
  • You are an amazing listener, values different perspectives, and take feedback and turn it into action
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in learning & development and/or communication
