What we are looking for:

We are looking for a proactive, innovative, self-starter who wants a hands-on role in building structure, systems, programs, and processes to improve operational efficiency across all of recruiting. This person should have strong leadership skills, capable of presenting creative solutions, eliciting feedback and collaborating, and delivering innovative solutions to solve operational initiatives.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage and develop a growing team of Recruiting Coordinators
• Develop and lead MasterClass recruiting data and analytics program with weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting on sourcing, interviewing activity, tracking towards quarterly hiring goals, and candidate experience
• Manage and scale our recruiting systems and tools to maximize workflow efficiency, enhance candidate and employee experience, and ensure compliance and consistency
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements across recruiting programs and implement changes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible
• Manage the ongoing delivery of recruiting operations projects by identifying cross-functional dependencies, help make resourcing decisions and trade-offs, and building awareness of work across impacted stakeholders
• Provide dedicated support to Recruiting leaders helping to prioritize initiatives, influence the design of centralized projects, and help with execution of projects
• Establish a consistent, cohesive brand across all areas and platforms for recruiting

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting Operations experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating organizational and operational efficiencies
• Proficient with: Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Gsuite
• Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations
• Strong project management skills with experience driving projects from beginning to end

Nice-to-have skills for the role:

• First-hand recruiting experience
• Experience managing people
• Incorporating diversity and inclusion initiatives into recruiting programs
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing projects in a  rapid growth environment
