About Your Role:


We are looking for an energetic Payroll Coordinator to join our team! The Payroll Coordinator reports to the Payroll Manager as a member of the Accounting Department. The primary focus for this role will be preparing and processing all biweekly and off cycle payrolls. You will be a part of a growing team in a fast-paced organization.

Who You Are:

  • You have an outstanding attention to detail and adhere to strict deadlines 
  • You are constantly looking ahead to make processes scalable to adapt to a growing workforce
  • You are comfortable having visibility to sensitive information and always handle it with discretion
  • You have a basic understanding of Excel and manipulating reports

Your Typical Day:

  • Prepare payroll batches for biweekly & off cycle runs
  • Complete time and labor review by assisting employees with timesheet completion and coaching managers on proper utilization of the time and labor system
  • Handle employee questions about payments and other payroll related matters.
  • Make sure employees are compensated correctly and on time
  • Maintain the payroll system by managing, analyzing and auditing data from various sources (including, but not limited to: internal portals, tax authorities, ancillary medical benefits, benefit enrollment systems, retirement portals, etc.)
  • Responsible for auditing employee records and working with the HR Operations team to ensure information is accurately flowing across disciplines

Experience:

  • You have 1+ years in the fields of Human Resources or Payroll
  • You have experience with Payroll and/or HRIS
