The Role

We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to support our go-to-market organization.  The Generalist will directly handle, advise, and coach managers and individual contributors, as well as work with the broader People Team to develop and drive initiatives and programs.  This role is critical to supporting our business growth and helping build a best in class People Organization.  

What You’ll Do

  • Advise and provide coaching to first-time managers on employee relations, systems implementation, compensation, performance management, HR policies and other related topics
  • Manage employee relations issues and lead minor investigations
  • Support onboarding initiatives
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the employee offboarding process
  • Triage inquiries and connect queries to the appropriate subject matter expert when necessary
  • Collaborate with the People Business Partner on organization changes and other projects
  • Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent Programs, and People Operations with planning and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvements for HR programs and process to drive efficiencies and enhance employee experience

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of HR generalist experience or HR Business Partner experience
  • A solid foundation of knowledge in HR policy,  performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and maintain confidentiality
