Role Summary
Sensor Tower believes that People Operations and Experience Manager is both the heart and soul of an office, a strong culture carrier, and someone who is the backbone of the operational efficiency of the People Team . This role is the perfect mix of office operations and employee experience. The ideal candidate will be invigorated by administrative work, be a ruthless prioritizer who thrives in a fast paced environment, and is not slowed down by context switching. The incumbent will continuously seek to learn, build the employee experience, all while proactively creating ways to increase output and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities (People Operations)
- Onboard employees and contractors into our people systems and programs
- Process changes across all HR systems and ensure data and documentation integrity
- Assist with compliance activities, including conducting audits and supporting training, and support all People compliance efforts as needed
- Support US and international benefits administration
- Support leaves of absence administration
- Respond to third party requests, including unemployment and state disability correspondence, and verifications of employment
- Help to triage and respond to employee inquiries on people-related matters
- Manage our employee perks programs, including but not limited to managing external vendors, ridesharing enrollment, and working cross-functionally to manage the onsite health and wellness programs
- Support the talent team with scheduling and on site interviews on an as needed basis.
- Support the employee mobility program and coordinate travel for visiting employees, for all offices.
- Perform a variety of other duties to support the smooth operation of the People team.
Responsibilities (Employee Experience)
- Ensure the space always looks and feels incredible; clean, neat, and guest-ready. This includes having coffee prepared, overseeing our conference rooms and filling and emptying dishwashers, when necessary.
- Serve as the point person for office related matters, moves, and snack program/lunch/dinner program
- Work with the operations team to create and maintain office policies as necessary
- Coordinate with Facilities and Technology Coordinator regarding all office equipment (hardware/software)
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors and candidates
- Organize team yearly events, quarterly happy hours, learning and development events
- Set up and monitor recurring daily lunch, dinner and weekly boba catering.
- Maintain a fun office culture
Ideal Requirements

- Experience in HR/People Operations and/or Administration, ideally in an internal customer facing capacity (e.g. People Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Office Manager)
- Familiarity with Google Suite, including calendaring
- Strong customer service skills are a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Grace, Warm and welcoming demeanor under pressure
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Relentless commitment to timely and flawless execution
- Creative problem solver with strong administrative skills
- Experience in high growth technology company a plus
