YOUR MISSION

MURAL is looking for a global team member to join our team to assist with supporting our global team members in a variety of Operations focused areas including responding to tickets, creating and managing contracts for short term contractors and working with our LATAM People Operations Generalist on Argentinian specific tasks. You will report into the People Operations Director, based in the UK, and work closely with the rest of the Operations team, Business Partners, Payroll and Finance as well as senior leaders in the region.

In this role you will:

  • Pre-boarding & On-boarding:
    • Sign documentation for pre boarding and on boarding for new team members in Argentina
    • Create relevant employment contracts and send for signing
    • Policies
    • AFIP altas y bajas (for onboarding and termination processes)
    • ART sign in
    • Life Insurance
    • Maintain the Employee files in the Buenos Aires office
    • Coordinate medical checks for Argentina and support invoicing process for the medical check
  • Contractor management:
    • Manage the documentation for our short term contractors, including updating contracts with new SOWs on expiry in partnership with the relevant Managers. 
    • Assist the administration of our Employer of Record companies
  • Generalist duties:
    • Assist with program rollouts and management in LATAM
    • Assist with the termination paperwork for Employees
    • Participate in Global Operations projects
    • Handle Employment verification requests
    • Help set up and run local events
    • Work with the rest of the POps team on special programs globally
    • Cover team members work when they are on PTO
  • Benefits:
    • Management of health insurance packages in Argentina alongside the Global Benefits Administrator
    • Answer daily employee inquires through our ticketing system, Slack or email in a  timely manner

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years experience within People Operations 
  • Ideally Experience in the Argentinian market
  • Business level written and verbal Spanish and English
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Strong HRIS experience and ability to learn new software tools quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Ideally experience working in a global, fully or partially distributed organisation
  • Interest in design thinking and facilitating methodology
  • Experience in fast-growth startup environments
