People Operations Manager
- Work with HRBPs and management in the implementation of HR policies, new organizational programs and employee development
- Develop and manage members of the People team; you'll help engage and develop our people to build an outstanding team that provides excellence
- Oversee and help execute the onboarding program's scaling global operational logistics in partnership with the Onboarding team and Head of L&D
- Provide operational design and implement changes as the onboarding programs evolve throughout the year
- Support the planning and administration of annual open enrollment, and other benefits changes throughout the year
- Ensure compliance of US benefit programs with regulations, including HIPAA, COBRA, ACA reporting, benefits NDT and other national and local regulatory filings, legal disclosures and benefits notices
- Host benefits orientations on a bi-weekly basis and support new hire benefits enrollment
- Project manages Annual Open Enrollment to include: vendor administration requirements, development of training and employee benefits communications, and collection of statistical and census data
- Participate in the annual renewals of current benefits offerings, plan design changes and cost sharing strategy recommendation
- 7+ years work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with 3 or more years of management experience
- Incredible organizational skills; superb attention to detail
- Operational mindset with the ability to set the program's long range operational plans and translate them into functional daily processes
- Ability to shift priorities based on the our needs and to make progress in a timely manner on multiple, concurrent projects
- Ability to build and document tools, processes, workflows, and guides for partners
- People analytics skills, such as advanced experience in excel or statistical programs
