About the Role:

Wing is looking for a People Partner, Tech to join our People team based in Palo Alto. The ideal candidate has a passion for organizational development, manager development, and strategic people support. They will understand industry best practices and be excited about working with dynamic clients in a cutting-edge industry.

What You’ll Do:

• You will solve complex organizational challenges using people-related solutions, and create the people strategy that will support the org in realizing our most wild ambitions
• To solve those problems, you will need to consult with org leaders to create a comprehensive people plan, using expertise in performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, and strategic development
• Act as an advisor and coach on a variety of employee relations topics such as performance management, conflict resolution, and learning and development
• Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
• Build and implement strategies to up-skill Wing’s people managers
• Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions

What You’ll Need:

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years HR generalist or business partner experience
• A combination of experience in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, coaching and development, data analysis, and employee relations
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
• Comfort with and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• The ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change
• Crisp, clear communication skills
