People Programs Manager
ABOUT THE JOB
- Working with internal People team stakeholders to identify processes and create programs roadmap for the shared services team
- Drive People ops service delivery by leveraging processes and technology to improve employee experience
- Continuously improve People business processes and people data
- Identify processes and technology improvements based on People Ops ticket volume and queue
- Analyze business requirements to find configuration and/or workflow solutions to drive optimal utilization of People Processes, this includes both HR and Talent processes
- Maintain and update People team process maps, RASCI charts and service delivery documentation
- Develop Employee Life Cycle End-to-End (E2E) process maps and link upstream and downstream processes
- Build process knowledge documents, ways of working and RACI capability for process SMEs
- Develop e-learning material and deliver training for the projects being worked on
- Identify opportunities for using automation tools to improve efficiencies and minimizing errors
- Ensure HR Internal controls and Data security are incorporated in End-to-End processes
- Work with the People technology and analytics teams to prioritize work, be involved in roadmapping, project manage and be in charge of communication
- Deploy tools and techniques (e.g. Root Cause Problem Solving) to identify recurring issues, errors and missed opportunities and then propose solutions for these, including working across various teams and platforms

- Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- 4 years’ experience in a Human Resources role
- 2 years’ experience working with HR Processes
- Demonstrated HR functional knowledge: Employee Life cycle, Talent Acquisition, Talent, Benefits
- Change Management, Training and/or communication, employee engagement experience
- Experience in Project Management and Process Improvement
- Ability to recognize and differentiate the needs and priorities of stakeholders
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data with the goal of improving the experience and problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Excellent project management skills
- Working knowledge of HR and Recruiting systems
- Self starter, should be able to drive initiatives to completion, always looking for ways to improve existing experience
- Most important of all, having fun solving People problems!
