People Systems Program Manager
As the People Systems Program Manager, you’ll be a foundational member of the People Team as we build for scale. You’ll build out systems, processes, programs, and reporting across all functions of the People Team. Your primary focus will be on Talent Acquisition. You’ll own Greenhouse (our ATS) and empower recruiters with the most effective tools and efficient processes. Other areas of focus will include projects across diversity & inclusion, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and people analytics. We’re looking for someone to join the team that will help build and deliver a world class experience from the ground up.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build requirements for Greenhouse ATS, including workflows, reports, custom fields, and templates
- Own the product roadmap and vendor relationships for recruiting systems
- Design scalable and efficient processes that support our rapid growth while continuing to deliver incredible candidate and employee experiences
- Drive change management, create documentation, and deliver training
- Develop scalable reports and dashboards that allow users to access and understand the information they need right at their fingertips
- Build requirements within Workday HCM, including talent, benefits, compensation, reporting, dashboards, calculated fields (we’ll teach you if you don’t already know how)
- Partner with Analytics, Recruiting, HRBP, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure data cleanliness and compliance
- Be a utility player across the People Team, tagging in on projects on diversity & inclusion, talent branding, employee referrals, learning & development, and performance management
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years professional experience on a Recruiting or HR team
- 2+ years configuring and supporting Greenhouse or another ATS (offer templates, workflows, custom fields, RAAS syncs)
- Experience using Workday or another HRIS
- Strong Excel/Google Spreadsheet skills (vlookup, countifs, pivot tables)
- Experience with change management, introducing and enabling users on new processes, and ensuring compliance
- Understands that dirty data in = dirty data out, and prioritizes optimizing systems for clean reporting and actionable insights
- Comfortable and excited to work in a high growth, constantly changing environment
- Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner
Preferred Requirements:
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Greenhouse BI Connector, SQL, Snowflake
- Experience using an LMS (Learning Management System)
