We are rapidly expanding in the US and APAC regions and looking for an innovative full-cycle recruiter to join our Talent team. This role will be focused on building teams within our Go-to-Market (Sales, Customer Success & Marketing) and G&A organizations.

This role is for someone who thrives in a face-paced, ever changing, high growth environment. This is a true full-cycle recruiter position where relationships and influence are paramount. You will advise and partner closely with our Leadership team, to create and execute recruiting strategies, source and engage candidates, ensuring a rich, talented and diverse pipeline to build the future of UserTesting.

You will be challenged to be creative and innovative while building out processes from scratch; thoughtful and passionate about the candidate experience, while continuing to foster the amazing culture that makes UserTesting special.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience (a plus if additional agency experience)
• Experience recruiting in Australia or Singapore a huge plus
• Experience in a rapidly scaling organization; preferably SaaS
• 1+ years building structured interview processes from scratch using best practices
• A real awareness and true understanding of diversity and inclusiveness strategies to incorporate into every facet of our overall recruiting strategy
• Track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals; Self motivated, you can be very successful with limited structure
• You are a collaborator, with a history of building trust across teams
• Regularly use data to communicate your story, make decisions, and diagnose problems
• Solid command of common tools (ATS, Linkedin) and developing multi- channel search strategies
• You have a great eye for talent and strong ability in gauging a candidate’s abilities and motivations
• Passion for the candidate experience; you take great care and pride in your craft
• Organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver, thinking ahead, prioritizing and pivoting quickly
• Resilient in the face of challenges and change, remaining focused and calm under pressure
