Role Summary
You will work with hiring managers across the organization to identify, engage and recruit talent on a global scale. With over 50 positions open in 2020 and a strong reliance on outbound recruitment strategies (accounted for 43.90% of hires in 2019), we are looking for a driven and resilient recruiter that is confident about their ability to engage passive talent in competitive markets.
Alongside full-cycle recruitment, you will bring creativity and a proactive attitude to the team as we strengthen our employer brand, recruitment marketing efforts, and general recruitment strategies.
Who You Are
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience doing recruitment for startups and/or tech companies (agency or in-house)
- You are a story-teller and have an eye for aligning candidates’ interests with what Sensor Tower can offer
- You are quick on your feet, proactive and focused on delivering results
- You have countless stories about times that you went above and beyond to provide a fantastic candidate experience
- You understand that speed and quality are both important for recruitment and you juggle them well
- You are self-aware and constantly look for ways to improve your productivity and performance
- You are empathetic and use your high EQ to identify candidate strengths, weaknesses and potential (we love hiring for potential)
- You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
- You put an emphasis on being respectful and are cognizant of how stressful searches can be for candidates, hiring managers, and fellow recruiters
