Redis Labs is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Recruiter to help us build a world-class team for 2021 and beyond!
As the latest addition to our Recruiting team, you will support the expansion of our US operations, supporting Marketing, Finance, Product, G&A, and more. You should have recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
The successful candidate is not afraid of rolling up their sleeves. Responsibilities:
- Be a Recruiting Partner: Own the hiring process as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates.
- Purple Squirrel Hunter: Leveraging all aspects of sourcing and candidate development tools like internal ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and any other “outside of the box” methods.
- Roll-up Sleeves Attitude: Comfortable with all aspects of recruiting, such as pre-screening resumes, conducting phone screens feedback collection, and navigating negotiation conversations.
- Be A Brand Ambassador: Provide top-tier candidate experience by being a candidate advocate and maintaining a line of communication with candidates at every step of the recruiting process to maintain a top-tier candidate experience.
- 6+ years of recruiting (sourcing and recruiting) experience in hyper-growth, fast-paced company
- Working knowledge of recruitment components, including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, salary trends, relationship management, and negotiation
- A successful track record of managing recruitment for active and passive candidates; experience recruiting for Marketing and Creative is preferred
- An aptitude for establishing trust and great working relationships with hiring managers
- Bachelor's degree
Redis Labs is continuing to hire with all interviews, and onboarding is done virtually due to COVID-19. To ensure our employees’ safety, employment at Redis Labs would be fully remote until further notice from the local governments. While many of our roles have the flexibility to stay remote, some of our positions are required to be present in our Mountain View, CA, or Austin, TX office once they re-open.
