Sage Intacct is seeking a Recruiter that has hands on sourcing experience and thinks about candidate experience and hiring manager experience often. The right individual will educate and provide direction to hiring managers/colleagues on the best ways to find and engage talent. 

 Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, and closing/negotiating the offers 
• Act as an advisor to the business on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the client relationship 
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, to build trust and expertise in the functions, to enable confident conversations with candidates about teams and roles across the business 

• Define and deliver sourcing channels, that provide a balance of time, cost, and quality to the business, seeking out new or redefined routes to market 
• Manage the internal applicant process as well as the employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful recruiting experience is required (Tech/Product preferred) (Agency experience is also preferred) 

• Exceptional relationship management skills and capability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and executive leadership 
• Excellent organization skills including candidate tracking reports and detailed interview notes 
• Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent
• Proficiency with a Microsoft applications and the curiosity to learn new things. 
• Experience working with an ATS system 
• Skillful in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter
