Opportunity

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter is a proactive, hands on, team player, who holds an HR background combined with experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and engages the most talented and culturally fit people for our team, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Collaborates with department managers to understand hiring needs, draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and establish hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Screens applications, selects qualified candidates and schedules interviews.
  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and human resources during the offer process, seeking approval and identifying start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement and iterate recruiting and talent best practices across the organization
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and provide recommendations to Hiring Managers
  • Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at all times and ensure compliance across the team
  • Collaborate across the business to develop a consistently strong candidate experience that represents our corporate values.

 Requirements

  • 4+ years Experience as a Recruiter with 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for a scaling organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
