ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an incredible, smart, zany, efficient, fun, and high-achieving Recruiter to join our Talent team at our growing BlueVine location in Jersey City! Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading...
Our ideal candidate will have a track record of high-velocity Customer Support, G&A, and GTM recruiting experience. Yes, you will be working with various partners across all US BlueVine locations. You come with effective pipeline building skills and the ability to prioritize while showing results. Excitement around juggling different tasks, multiple reqs and working with our fun team will be critical to success. Our Talent team has grown significantly in the past year, but comfort working independ is a must as you will have a remote manager.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requisition requirements and develop a plan for sourcing candidates across our functions
- Oversee the full life-cycle recruitment of roles and ensure Recruiting and Interview Team SLAs are met
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process, all while exemplifying BlueVine’s culture and values
- Source top candidates through multiple channels and use your creativity and relationship skills to find fun, new ways to get top talent in the door!
- Help drive special projects and recruiting initiatives forward, including helping us improve our Employer Value Proposition, better leveraging paid and unpaid tools, increasing referral rates, and generally liaising with stakeholders to elevate internal excitement around recruiting
- Assist in the logistics of posting and coordinating your roles as needed - no task is too small
Experience
- 4+ years as a results-driven recruiter with a passion for finding exceptional talent
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions at a time; experience with multiple geographies
- Experience utilizing data and metrics to show results
- Proven track record navigating the Recruitment process in a high- and fast-growth environment
- Excitement about driving processes forward while communicating progress to Hiring Managers and interview teams
- A love for details and documenting the ATS (Greenhouse)
- If you have experience in the FinTech space, awesome! But that’s just icing on the cake and not required - Ultimately, we want to feel confident you’re an experienced Recruiter with an eye for finding amazing talent that stays at the company and helps drive success!
