Responsibilities:

• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and interviewers throughout the entire interview process
• Manage the interview scheduling process and communicate all logistics to candidates and interview teams
• Coordinate phone, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
• Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
• Greet candidates that are onsite for interviews
• Collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting process
• Develop strong client stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
