Responsibilities:

  • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and interviewers throughout the entire interview process
  • Manage the interview scheduling process and communicate all logistics to candidates and interview teams
  • Coordinate phone, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
  • Greet candidates that are onsite for interviews
  • Collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting process
  • Develop strong client stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels

  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver the best service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Meticulous organizational skills and attention-to-detail
  • Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table

Requirements:

  • Experience using Google products (Google Mail, Google Calendar and Google Docs)
  • Bachelors Degree
