InfluxData is continually growing and we are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help manage our robust interview process and ensure that we are running like a well-oiled machine. 

Our ideal candidate has a passion for recruiting and for making sure the experience internally and externally is seamless while also providing an overall phenomenal candidate experience. 

This is a contract position, estimated to run approximately 3 months.

In this role you will help manage an effective coordination process for candidates and hiring managers by:

• Scheduling interviews across all departments via Greenhouse and Google calendar with expediency and attention to detail while providing an excellent experience to candidates and hiring managers.
• Help ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates to support a wonderful candidate experience.
• Support the hiring process by aiding in applicant review and qualification.
• Assist with other recruiting projects as needed

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Recruiting Coordinator in a high volume, fast paced role (ideally a startup or staffing agency) 
• Experience with Greenhouse
• Experience with complex scheduling (multiple people, multiple time zones, etc)
• You are a whiz with organization, have great attention to detail, and a focus on end quality
• You embrace change with a great attitude and act fast to last minute changes/cancellations
• Experience working in high-growth or dynamic environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Interview Information: All our interviews are done remotely. Often the first interview is by phone or video and all subsequent interviews via video on Zoom. In order to ensure each candidate we interview is able to participate, please let us know if you do not have the ability to use a phone and/or laptop.
