The Role:
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator dedicated to supporting our continually growing hiring initiatives. This person will be a key member of our Talent Acquisition (“TA”) team and will partner with internal Recruiters. The successful hire will have a knack for providing a high-touch experience and possess a customer service mentality. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be an extension of the Grand Rounds brand with candidates and, therefore, must be able to represent our friendly, genuine and passionate company culture, ensuring a “best in class” experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for candidates; scheduling phone and video interviews as well as sending various hiring exercises/case studies
- Partner cross-functionally with the TA team, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other teams as needed
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (Lever) and follow relevant recruiting processes
- Collaborate with fellow Recruiting Coordinators to manage internal documentation
- Maintain high-level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Manage Candidate Onboarding process in conjunction with HR Operations
- Proactively take on ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven work experience in a HR coordination or equivalent role
- 1+ year supporting a Technical recruiting function
- Working knowledge of Google Applications (G-Suite email, calendar and google docs) and experience working on a MacBook is required
- Previous coordination experience and knowledge of major applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever, is preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast growing company and be savvy enough to manage through some level of ambiguity
- Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail
- BA/BS Degree from a 4-year accredited University preferred
