We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate for this role has a very strong customer service orientation (“candidate delight”), is helpful, genuine, and professional. In this role, you are an influential “face of GRAIL” who ensure candidates have a very positive first impression of the company. Must be detail-oriented, flexible, able to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This is a contract position.
You Will:
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to design and deliver high quality interviews
- Schedule interviews with high accuracy and a warm and friendly demeanor
- Greet candidates onsite and keep interviews on track
- Champion for excellent candidate onsite experience
- Impeccable attention to detail in a fast paced, ever changing work environment while driving the interview process from start to finish
- Ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked and closed out
- Special projects as assigned
Your Background Should Include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent, plus 2 year(s) professional experience
- Passionate, purpose-driven, and excited about GRAIL’s mission
- Experience supporting an office function (e.g. Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Event Coordinator)
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- GSD (“Gets Stuff Done”) with urgency and efficiency without sacrificing quality or customer service values
- Ability to work independently but also be an excellent team player
- Confident, enthusiastic approach to problem solving
- Experience with Google Suite and Lever in a Mac environment (preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
