About the Team
The Recruiting Team at Crunchyroll is responsible for all talent planning, hiring, recruiting operations, and recruitment program development. In this role, you will have the unique ability to help build the capabilities for the organization through the candidate experiences and organizational development while sitting on the Recruiting Team.

Crunchyroll employees are currently working from home and we are still conducting remote interviews and hiring during this time. This role is expected to start remotely and we’ll work closely with you as we understand every person has unique circumstances.
Location: San Francisco
Our headquarters is located in downtown San Francisco, where our group of cross-functional experts assemble to create experiences for Crunchyroll’s passionate communities.
About You:
- Worked 1+ years in a recruiting or human resources environment.
- Worked with an applicant tracking system (preferably Greenhouse) or an HRIS.
- Natural curiosity to improve processes and enjoy problem solving.
- Experience with different tools, including Google Suite, Zoom, and Photoshop.
- Communication is one of your greatest strengths.
- You have the ability to embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity.
- Understands the importance of candidate experience and ensures we maintain consistency.
- Ability to respect, protect and maintain highly confidential information.
A day in the life of our Recruiting Coordinator:Coordination & Program Management
- Assist scheduling multilayered interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Work closely with various talent team members and cross-functional teams to improve existing processes and programs (inclusive hiring training and interviewing workshops).
- Develop candidate interview agendas; ensures that the hiring manager and the candidate receive all of the appropriate information in advance of the interview.
Data & Analytics
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) by helping ensure integrity of data and while checking for trends and patterns in the recruiting process.
- Assist with updating and maintaining various recruiting materials.
- Maintain our candidate and training databases, including correspondence to candidates and recruiters, collecting evaluations and generating reports.
Recruitment Marketing
- Assist in building employer branding content for external recruiting platforms/recruitment.
- Coordinate core recruitment marketing channels, campaigns and tools (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Textio, etc.) to help drive pipelines for recruiting.
- Execute weekly social media content calendar posts.
