We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator Manager to manage the existing RC team here at Plaid. In this role, you will directly lead and scale a team of high performing recruiting coordinators in both SF and NY. The recruiting coordination pod is an integral part of Plaid’s hiring and your job as the RC Manager will be to partner with the recruiting leadership team to ensure the team feels empowered and supported.

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team

• Highly organized, strategic thinker who can balance multiple tasks at one time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - with the ability to communicate with leaders of all levels 
• Experience leading and growing a team of recruiting coordinators
• Past experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
