About the role

Credible is looking for an enthusiastic, thoughtful, and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in the San Francisco office to provide scheduling and administrative support throughout the hiring process. This person will serve as an integral partner in building candidate relationships; providing an excellent candidate experience from application to hire and managing relationships with hiring managers and teams across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning recruiting but will also want to learn about human resources and show an interest in developing skills on HR projects that enhance the employee experience.

Credible is a fast-growing Fintech company that has world class management, has raised multiple rounds of funding, is generating significant revenue and is disrupting the lending market and helping people save money and get out of debt faster.

The role is full-time and compensation will be based on experience.

You will

  • Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews; managing the process to ensure excellent candidate experience and handle last-minute changes when needed
  • Collaborate with interview teams and multiple stakeholders to coordinate schedules, time zones, calendars, and recruiting processes
  • Communicate professionally, promptly, and confidentially both internally and externally
  • Own the onsite interview process from start to finish, including graciously hosting candidates as they meet our team
  • Partner with our recruiters to develop innovative strategies and improve existing people programs to find top talent
  • Maintaining data integrity within our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, to ensure a healthy pipeline
  • Post and maintain roles on job boards
  • Manage reference and background checks
  • Ensure hand-off from hire to onboarding is seamless and organized
  • Use our tools and your ingenuity to stay organized
  • Partner closely with People Ops to manage people programs and day-to-day HR administration. Help with adhoc HR projects as needed.
  • Provide HR support, answering employee and manager questions about people programs, policies, and other HR-related items

Requirements

  • 1+ years as a recruiting coordinator, scheduler, or administrative role with the drive to grow a career in recruiting or human resources
  • Greenhouse experience is highly preferred, but exposure to any HRIS or ATS is great
  • Excellent verbal/written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
  • A proven self-starter that has the ability to troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks as they occur
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
  • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
