You will be a foundational Recruiting Coordinator focused on owning, managing, and elevating the technical candidate experience at Finix. You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders - which includes recruiters, sourcers, interviewers, and hiring managers, as well as being the main point of contact for candidates, all while keeping quality experience top of mind. Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are excited about recruitment and want to gain exposure to all aspects of the recruiting spear - from sourcing to full-cycle recruiting, operations, and candidate experience.

What you'll do:

  • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the interview process
  • Successfully manage multiple candidates and calendars to seamlessly coordinate high-volume and fast-paced interview activity on the technical team.
  • Support both internal and external stakeholders with proactive problem solving as it pertains to the interview process (i.e., handling technical difficulties, last minutes changes, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews, including travel, hotel, and meals if necessary (all interviews are currently remote due to COVID-19 considerations).
  • Meet, greet, and setup candidates for interviews; setup any materials that may be required for the interview
  • Act as our Talent Operations specialist; compiling recruiting reporting and data and collating it for analysis. You’ll pull this together from all the various recruiting and sourcing tools to drive the one point of truth for our recruiting metrics. You'll clean and maintain Recruiting data in ATS and analyze trends in Recruiting data and recommend action to Recruiting leadership. Educate and coach the Recruiting team on Recruiting analytics, trends, and processes. Oversee candidate NPS survey distribution and results. Own reporting for Recruiting team diversity efforts, team efficacy, progress to quarterly goals. You'll also write quarterly summaries on Recruiting team's work for Board meetings
  • Assist recruiters with tracking candidates throughout the lifecycle of the hiring process including posting jobs and maintaining candidate status within Lever
  • Proactively identify gaps in processes to create a more seamless and efficient solution and experience in the hiring process.
  • Participate in strategic projects across the talent team, such as tool implementation and partner with HR Operations and Onboarding on projects and new hire tasks
  • Maintain compliance (eg. GDPR) and ensure appropriate usage of candidate data
  • Evaluate tools for the Recruiting function and manage relationships with Recruiting team tools (eg. Lever, LinkedIn, sourcing tools)
  • Own job postings to external job boards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations for a high growth fast-paced start-up is preferred
  • Experience using Lever and Google Calendar 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing your work time efficiently
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially with confidential information
  • Experience compiling recruiting and business intelligence data across various recruiting and tracking tools
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vLookups, Data sorting, COUNTIFS)
