About the role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ginger, you'll be responsible for owning the candidate experience and representing our company culture throughout the entire recruitment process. You’ll work closely with our candidates, People Operations Team, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Executives to make sure all Recruiting operations run smoothly. Our team is growing! We are looking for someone who is excited to help us continue to scale.  

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for prospects, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers
  • Be in charge of scheduling all phone screens, video interviews, onsite interviews, and travel + lodging as needed
  • Be an expert user of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System. Ensure data is up to date and accurate and that all features are efficiently utilized
  • Pull reports from Greenhouse to analyze the data and provide insights, so the team can make improvements to our recruiting processes
  • Ensure a seamless and welcoming candidate onsite experience. Greet candidates, set up interview rooms, and keep everyone running on schedule by ensuring that our candidates and interviewers are in the right place at the right time
  • Partner with recruiters to put together interview packets, schedules and gather feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
  • Assist with special projects including interview training, sourcing for high priority roles, and events
  • Support the broader People Operations team with special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and any Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Some scheduling experience preferred
  • Solid organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic, approachable, and flexible
  • Self-starter - you know how to get the job done
