Druva is looking for a highly organized and driven Recruiting Coordinator who has experience in supporting a highly active talent team across multiple offices. This role will report into the Director of Talent Acquisition. You will be a close partner with the Recruitment team and Hiring Leaders to make sure the interview process is a smooth and enjoyable experience for all incoming candidates. Your goal is to help us make the hiring process the best it can be to help Druva scale.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of support to the Talent Acquisition team as well as the overall HR team to create a top notch interview experience
  • Be the go-to person for recruiting support
  • Manage all scheduling for multiple open job requisitions including travel planning when necessary
  • Responsible for timely and professional communication with applicants
  • Become a subject matter expert in Greenhouse, our ATS system
  • Be friendly, engaging, and focused on giving each applicant the best-interviewing experience
  • Work hard to help us accomplish our hiring goals
  • Help shape how we leverage good operations principles to attract, onboard, and retain the best talent to our company
  • Status reporting, metrics and frequent updates to the team as requested
  • Greeting, hosting, and onsite candidate experience management

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in an RC role
  • Excellent communication skills required for correspondence between candidates and key-stakeholders (e.g. interviewers, hiring managers, leadership team)
  • A strong understanding of Customer Service and how to apply it within Recruiting
  • Calendar management and scheduling experience with G Suite and Greenhouse
  • Aptitude for managing logistics through every step of the hiring process including offer and background checks
