About The Team:

The Recruiting Team at Crunchyroll is responsible for all talent planning, hiring, recruiting operations, and recruitment program development. Our team is global in nature and focuses on exceptional client service while being genuine, authentic, and empathetic to employees and their needs across the organization. In this role, you will have the unique ability to help build the capabilities for the organization through the candidate experiences and organizational development while sitting on the Recruiting Team.

Location: San Francisco

Our headquarters is located in downtown San Francisco, where our group of cross-functional experts assemble to create experiences for Crunchyroll and VRV’s passionate communities.

This is a 6 Month Contract position

About You:

• You have worked 1+ years in a recruiting or human resources environment working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• You have previous experience scheduling / coordination experience for a fast-paced business.
• You are flexible and can adapt to ever changing schedules and processes.
• Natural curiosity to improving process and enjoys problem solving. 
• Experience with difference tools, including Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Photoshop. 
• Have worked with an applicant tracking system (preferably Greenhouse) or an HRIS.
• You have an innate sense of urgency - going above and beyond to ensure the task is completed and proactively ensuring the quality of work is pristine.
• Communication is one of your greatest strength. You aim to always provide clear and proactive written and oral communication. 
• Understands the importance of candidate experience, goes above and beyond to ensure we maintain consistency.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
• You enjoy the challenge of juggling many hats and have a knack for efficient. multi-tasking and project management skills.
• Desire to grow professionally within a recruitment and/or HR team.

A Day In The Life of Our Recruiting Coordinator:

• Act as the main point of contact and liaison between candidates and Crunchyroll. Scheduling is your forte as you will be the master of all interview schedules, travel arrangements, and reimbursements for candidates. 
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) by helping ensuring integrity of data and while checking for trends and patterns in the recruiting process.
• Research and generate internal ad hoc recruiting reports, while tracking and analyzing external recruiting trends.
• Support the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels.
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Work closely with various talent team members and cross functional teams to improve upon existing processes and programs.
• Partner with team to help host and attend recruiting events such as campus recruiting, meetups, and internal events. 
• Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function.
