KeepTruckin is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to continue to support our rapid growth!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Take ownership of candidates' interview process by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Ensure candidates have a great experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Serve as point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules and changes.
- Provide workspace tours and share company information to candidates onsite.
- Maintain appropriate, timely tracking of candidates as they move through the recruiting process through our various tools (Applicant tracking system, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Coordinate all candidate travel (flight, hotel, etc.) and expense reimbursement as needed.
- Support other recruiting-related administrative tasks as necessary
- Support recruiting events such as networking events, batch interview days, recruiting offsite events, etc.
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of previous recruiting coordination experience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
- Ability to provide exceptional, consistent customer service to internal and external clients
- Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus
