About the role
As a Recruiting Manager, you will be both a player and a coach; providing mentorship, guidance, and inspiration to a team of recruiters and sourcers while working with business stakeholders to exceed hiring targets. You will be responsible for managing a team that supports the hiring of Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Data-driven, with experience in strategic planning, diagnosing pipeline health and funnel conversion rates.
- Innovate on sourcing and recruiting strategies, recommending process adjustments, new tools and best practices.
- Collaborate to develop recruiting reports and dashboards to track and communicate metrics to the business, and recruitment.
- You understand the true meaning of inclusion and diversity. It is important in who you hire for your team and for the technical organization. You devise specific actions to ensure your team helps Chime hire a more diverse set of exceptional talent.
- You work with senior leadership to actively identify and quantify, through workforce planning and tracking, the hiring needs for their organization.
- You are a catalyst for the group’s hiring strategy and roadmap, and create success metrics with our other recruiting leaders.
- You keep the business up to date throughout the cycle working with Recruiting Strategy & Operations and People Analytics to present information in a way that is accurate and usable by your partners.
- You understand the importance of professional development - offering your team the opportunity to grow in their skills and careers.
- You view into the talent and competitor landscape such that our decisions and strategies around talent acquisition are informed by the best possible information.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of relevant Talent experience as a Recruiting Lead/Manager.
- 2+ years managing and/or mentoring recruiting professionals including sourcing staff and partner with recruiting coordinators.
- Experience directly supporting recruiting and hiring for specific functions.
- Continued hands-on recruiting responsibilities.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering on hiring goals.
- Ability to build effective recruiting strategies that contribute to the team’s hiring goals.
- Experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth.
