Grammarly offers a remote-first hybrid working model . Team members can work primarily remotely. Teams will meet in person every quarter in one of Grammarly's hubs, currently in San Francisco, Vancouver, New York, and Kyiv. Research Operations Coordinator - San Francisco

To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Research Operations Coordinator to join our User Research team. This role will help scale research operations and support user-experience research at Grammarly, and a key responsibility includes developing research infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about user research and operational excellence, takes pride in understanding people and systems, and looks to strategically contribute to a growing team. This position will report to the Research Operations Manager.
Your impact
As Research Operations Coordinator, you will work directly with our User Research team to facilitate participant recruitment and coordinate research studies. Applying your breadth of knowledge in research operations, you will enable first-class research on writing and communication. You will help shape the ideal participant experience and craft an efficient and continuous user learning environment across our company.
In this role, you will:

• Maintain healthy and engaged research panels of Grammarly users.
• Assist our User Research team by helping recruit users through direct outreach and email deployments.
• Monitor email communications between Grammarly and research participants.
• Assist in maintaining internal documents regarding best practices for working with Grammarly's User Research team.
• Assist with the distribution of incentives for research conducted.
• Track and prepare study-specific information using databases, spreadsheets, and other tools.
• Ensure project documentation is completed in a timely manner and is maintained in the appropriate project files.
• Provide stakeholders with visibility and updates of current projects and resource use.

We're looking for someone who

• Has 1 year of relevant experience working in a project-coordination or customer-support role-ideally working within a research- or design-operations team.
• Understands project and process management and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Has a general knowledge of user-experience research concepts and/or processes.
• Is able to work with a variety of stakeholders.
• Has strong organization and communication skills.
• Has experience with research software and tools (UserTesting, Qualtrics, DScout, etc.)-is a plus.
