For this reason, our founders ran recruiting themselves for the first few years of Plaid's life. Now we're looking to build a recruiting team that has this same mentality.

We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Leader to optimize the efficacy of our recruiting process and team at global scale. You will create, drive, and execute on a variety of projects, processes and programs that improve the effectiveness of our Recruiting process including analytics, systems/tools, process, programs, external resource management and employer brand.

What excites you

  • Create, drive, and execute on a variety of projects and programs that improve the effectiveness of our Recruiting process 
  • Define and measure our key performance metrics, create and automate dashboards and reports that draw out important insights for Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Leadership 
  • Drive the hiring planning process, collaborating effectively with all stakeholders to create alignment around the headcount plan 
  • Own our Recruiting training programs, including onboarding program for Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators, and interview training for the entire company 
  • Optimize our employee referral program and candidate experience efforts 
  • Continuously educate and hold Recruiters and Business Leaders accountable for running a structured and objective hiring process 
  • Educate users on our tools and systems

What excites us

  • 5+ years of Recruiting Operations experience at a global, scaling company 
  • Deep understanding of the recruiting process, key metrics, and what levers will most dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our process and Recruiting team 
  • Desire to automate most things, and experience with working Engineers to make automation happen 
  • An analytical mindset, structured thinking, and strong attention to detail 
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with Recruiting and Business leadership 
  • Someone who is self-motivated and self-directed, and likes to ship quickly 
  • Experience with most ATSs and Periscope or a similar tool preferred
