We’re looking for a Recruiting & Programs Coordinator to join our Talent Team at an exciting time of growth. The team supports hiring across the entire organization. This role will be program support to all of the company’s hiring priorities.

As Recruiting Programs Coordinator, your focus will be two pronged. First, partnering with other members of the recruiting team in order to effectively manage calendars, logistics, and candidate experience. Second, helping to build and maintain recruiting programs. This is a full-time role located onsite at our San Francisco office. 

What you'll do here:

  • You will partner with members of the recruiting team (technical and non-technical) to manage all candidate logistics; schedule interviews throughout the interview process in Lever (Applicant Tracking System), book travel arrangements for candidates using NexTravel, manage candidate reimbursements through Expensify, reserve conference rooms, act as point of contact for onsite interviews, and ensure the candidate has an amazing experience.
  • You will act as a liaison for internal teams; compile interview packets, manage schedules, and surface process improvements.
  • You will build, drive, and own recruiting programs including (but not limited to); Employee Referral Program, recruiting process documentation, university recruiting programs, conference recruiting, interviewer training program, vendor management, and background check process.
  • You will manage recruiting metrics; gather, analyze, and communicate recruiting data. Your goal is to assist the recruiting team in tracking and maintaining healthy candidate pipelines. 

Who you are:

  • You have 1+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or project management.
  • You are hyper-organized and attentive to detail; there are many details tied to each candidate and project, your job is to make sure that every “t” is crossed and “i” is dotted.
  • You are an over-communicator; communication across teams and in partnership with recruiters is important in ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • You are customer conscientious; The candidate’s experience is your priority. Think up and implement creative ways to make candidates love Standard Cognition.
  • You care about team; You care about the overall goals of an organization, and take those goals into consideration every day.
  • You are proactive; The world is your oyster! You are a self-starter who is excited about learning new things and taking on more responsibility.
