Recruiting Team Specialist
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a solutions-oriented Operations professional who will work closely with our Recruiting Leadership Team to organize and execute day-to-day operational tasks. As a Recruiting Team Specialist at Instacart, you will have the opportunity to communicate cross-functionally with a variety of departments and act as a right-hand to Recruiting Leadership. Your role will be vital to ensure the successful roll-out of key leadership initiatives.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Build partnerships and work collaboratively with members of the Recruiting Leadership Team to meet shared objectives.
- Organize and deliver communications on behalf of Recruiting Leadership to support change management efforts and ensure uniform messaging across the Recruiting teams.
- Own cross-functional communication between Recruiting Leadership and various internal partners (examples include: HR, Employment Brand, Finance, Legal, and Senior Leadership).
- Drive a phenomenal team experience for our recruiting org through various team programs and activities to promote a culture of transparency, connection and recognition
- Ensure a diversity, equity and inclusion lens is coordinated into all our processes and programs.
ABOUT YOU

- A minimum 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Office management, or Program Management
- Experience and/or interest in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition preferred
- Preferred experience in internal communications
- Highly collaborative - ability to partner well with Leadership and cross functional partners
- Strong organizational skills and heavy attention to detail
- Ability to pick up new concepts quickly, process information, and execute complex projects with ease
