Come join Unity as an experienced full-cycle Senior Technical Recruiter in Toronto or Montreal.  The role will begin as a year long contract but may offer the opportunity for full-time.  You will be responsible for identifying, interviewing and closing positions in various departments for our fast-growing engineering and creative teams. We are a high energy and collaborative team that loves working with state of the art recruiting tools while doing impactful work for the overall business!

What you’ll be doing

• Drive your full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience
• Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
• Qualify candidates for a technical and cultural fit
• Maintaining relationships with internal partners
• Drive offer process – including extending offers and closing candidates in a timely manner

What we’re looking for

• Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting
• Proven track record to recruit for a variety of roles and levels
• Possess a strong sense of how to identify top engineering talent and the initiative go after them, repeatedly
• Prior work with diversity and inclusion recruiting
• Experience with project-based or volume recruitment

You might also have

• Prior recruiting focus in 3d technology or gaming
• Proven track record of success in corporate recruiting
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and GEM
