Senior Corporate Recruiter
We’re looking for a senior recruiter who’s specialized in G&A hiring to help us continue to build out our Foundational teams at Gusto.

As a G&A Recruiter at Gusto, you’ll flex to own a range of searches including (but not limited to): HR/People, Accounting/Finance, Sales/Customer Support, Marketing and Leadership searches. You will be a true business partner to our hiring managers, heavily impact Gusto’s hiring strategy, and hire world-class talent.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to coach them on hiring best practices
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process: source qualified candidates, review resumes, pre-screen candidates, create interview plans and closing strategies, while moving the interview process forward in a delightful and timely manner
- Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent
- Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting at Gusto by challenging the status quo and providing useful suggestions for improvement
- Effectively communicate Gusto’s mission and culture, to help candidates understand impact and value
Here’s what we're looking for:
- 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally with 2 + years within a high-growth tech environment
- 2+ years directly supporting corporate teams, which can include: HR/People, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Sales
- Passionate about building a great candidate experience
- Professional and versatile when sourcing, assessing, pitching and closing a candidate at all levels
- Exceptional project management skills, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with others and to work in a fast-paced environment
