Your Impact
Handshake is hiring a Senior Design Recruiter reporting into our Director of R&D Recruiting. In this role you will own strategy and process across all design recruiting, partnering with our CDO and other design leaders to make stellar hires and drive long term design hiring strategy. This is a full cycle recruiting role, across all levels. You will be responsible for sourcing, driving the interview process, and closing top product and design talent. This is an incredible opportunity to make a big impact on the future of our product and we are committed to supporting this role with the resources they need to be successful.
Your Role
- Build strong partnerships with design leaders to hire stellar design & product talent
- Experience building a design hiring roadmap from the ground up
- Create and drive unique sourcing strategies (messaging, events, marketing etc.)
- You will have the support of a Talent Brand Manager for this work
- Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes
- Support the continued growth and development of our structured interview process by partnering to iterate on design & product scorecards and rubrics
- Utilize proactive communication and relationship building skills to provide a transparent and empathetic hiring process for candidates
Your Experience
- Deep experience managing full cycle recruiting processes
- Prior experience hiring end to end product & design roles
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closing senior level talent
- Proven track record of creating unique sourcing strategies to engage in demand talent
- Strong grasp how to use analytics to make process improvements
- Flexible and open minded, willingness to work with ambiguity
- Commitment to DEI and inclusion
- High emotional intelligence

Compensation Range
- $129,000 - $160,000
