Senior Director, Total Rewards
NextRoll is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to join our Global People team. Reporting to the EVP, People, you will be part of the leadership team of the People organization across the globe. You will be responsible for elevating our Total Rewards strategy to keep pace with the evolution and rapid expansion of our company. With locations in competitive regions and working in a hybrid work model, you will be responsible for leading NextRoll’s global total rewards program to ensure we can attract top talent, help drive employee engagement and retain talent through a competitive compensation and benefits program. We will look to you to build upon and scale our existing global compensation and benefits programs. This highly visible role will be a key partner within the People team, the broader organization, and directly with the executive team. You will also mentor future leaders in Total Rewards to continue to build a high performing team that will add to the People Team's bench strength.
This role is open in our San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City offices, or Remote.

The Impact You’ll Make:
- Work collaboratively with our global team to gain trust and ensure alignment on total rewards philosophy, strategy and design (cash, equity and benefits).
- Refresh and review current compensation structures, salary ranges, job families/position levels, and conduct job analyses and market pricings.
- Prepare and present forecasts, analyses, materials and recommendations on compensation programs to senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO, and for BOD approvals.
- Design and deliver consistent, compelling training and communication programs around NextRoll’s total rewards philosophy that are easily translatable across all levels of stakeholders from the C-Suite to entry level.
- Work with People Business Partners, Recruiting, Hiring Managers, and key business leaders on compensation and equity grant recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, job matches, job leveling, and job families that tie into the strategic goals of the business.
- Lead the preparation and execution of focal pay review, focal merit review cycle, and ongoing incentive programs administration.
- Ensure compliance with employment-related federal and state statutory requirements regarding employee pay and benefits. Stay up-to-date on current compensation-related legislation.
Skills you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of related compensation and benefits experience and 5+ years Total Rewards leadership experience.
- A deep understanding, developed through experience, of the Compensation & Benefits landscape in a high growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience working across highly matrixed organizations that require high levels of influence, relationship-building and agility to secure necessary support for Total Rewards initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability to interact directly with C-level leaders.
- Proven experience developing and continually advancing base and variable pay structure, and health and welfare programs, and administrative guidelines based on business needs and long-range objectives.
- Proven experience leading the Total Rewards due diligence and subsequent integration of various types of mergers and acquisitions.
