RingCentral is looking for a driven Senior EX (Employee Experience) Business Partner to support
RingCentral’s Sales organization. As an EXBP you are a savvy partner to our business leaders aligning talent solutions to help seek exciting business challenges and opportunities. We seek a partner who enjoy collaborating with all levels of employees with the aim of adding new value for our business, organization and people. We achieve this by taking a strategic attitude.
Responsibilities:
Partner with assigned client group to drive meaningful and effective talent, performance an organizational planning outcomes
Lead organizational assessments and interventions to enable cohesion and improve efficiency across our businesses
Bring critical thinking to iterate, build on and innovate new ways to create even higher levels of employee engagement. Challenge the status quo
Be a fact-based executive coach, using a blend of facilitation skills and observable data to impact and improve performance
Be curious and ask why in service of developing the best possible product for our leaders and employees
Demonstrate and engage partnership across the HR function, your assigned client group and other support functions to deliver the best possible outcomes that build value for our business, customers and employees
Use data and analytics to advise, influence and shape next steps, programs or initiatives
Be the consultant to help managers build their skills in the business of people management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or other related field
- 5-7+ years of Human Resources BP or Organizational Development experience
- Experience working in large global multinational corporations
- Experience in crafting organizational design and interpersonal development interventions
- Prior success influencing and inspiring change plans with leader
- Shown success in tying people-based solutions in service of business strategy and crafting value through people that impacts results for the business
