Our People Operations Team is responsible for creating an excellent people-first employee experience and keeping our global teams healthy, happy, and engaged through impactful and forward-thinking People programs. We're looking for a People Operations Business Partner to help support our teams as we scale. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to work across several teams and supporting employees in all of our San Francisco, Toronto, Seattle and Vienna offices.

In this role you will:

  • Provide business and thought partnership to your leadership teams and work with them on people-related strategy, decision making, and execution.
  • Coach managers in appropriate people management best practices, i.e., performance management, discipline, reward and recognition, and retention strategies.
  • Partner with other People leaders to assess future company and employee needs and design programs that are reflective of our values, drive engagement, and enhance all phases of the employment lifecycle.
  • Challenge and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of People Operations programs and solutions and recommend changes to meet business and employee needs.
  • Manage and resolve basic employee relations issues, and escalate when needed.
  • Work with the People Team to oversee the administration of people programs such as: leaves, accommodations, internal mobility, benefits, recognition, engagement surveys, mandatory trainings, performance review cycles, etc.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of progressive people operations experience, with 2+ years of People Ops Business Partner experience
  • Experience supporting Engineering, Design, and Product functions in scale
  • Data-driven analytical skills, experience working with people metrics and KPIs
  • Demonstrated past success in building and owning people programs
  • Knowledge of and history working with DEI initiatives
  • Experience scaling through high-growth stages in a start-up environment
