Job Description:
- Design, recommend and implement HR operations programs and processes
- Manage employee benefits, including broker/ vendor relationships, enrollment, claims resolution, and general employee inquiries
- Identify training needs of end-users and trains Human Resources department or North America team
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance new and departing employee experience
- Ensure departments throughout the organization are working effectively as a team and collaborating as necessary to meet the organization's goals and needs
- Build and maintain effective partnerships and collaborative relationships with employees throughout the organization
- Manage HR vendor relationships, negotiating services, and managing costs
- Oversee company-wide employee programs
- Plan, organize, and coordinate HR projects and initiatives using a project management approach
- Work with the internal communications team to ensure employees receive timely and accurate information about upcoming HR initiatives
- Maintain and communicate internal HR policies; manage the personnel files and completion of employee-related legal documents; stay on top of changing laws both local and national
- Project manage the annual employee performance review process, including project timeline and overall execution
- Manage company immigration policies and processes
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HRBP or Generalist at a fast-paced company
- Proven experience designing the people experience lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Versatility, flexibility, and the ability to work within a constantly changing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of employment law, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems, automating processes and increasing efficiencies
- Strong ability to manage HR projects and deliver outcomes on a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
- Resourceful, detail-oriented and results driven
- Proficient in federal and CA state laws
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
