The Senior People Partner contributes to Earnest's goals by serving as a trusted advisor to assigned departments. You will perform assigned HR responsibilities in areas of people strategies, organization development, and other Human Resources specific or business initiatives for the G&A department managers at Earnest.

As the Senior People Partner, you will report to the VP, Operations, and you will:

  • Undertake projects to align and promote the HR strategy and operations within Earnest's G&A departments
  • Support partners with talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives
  • Be a consultant for Earnest’s People processes and experiences that grow the capacity of our people, including key talent identification, planning, and development
  • Enhance Earnest and HR culture by developing strong relationships with team members
  • Encourage building strength among teams through diversity

Ideal background and expertise:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Management, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in the HR field
  • Knowledge of Federal and State labor legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resource procedures
