What you’ll do
As a Design Recruiter at Brex you are expected to execute on technical and creative hiring for the company while crafting and scaling recruiting processes. Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of exceptional candidates for various technical and creative roles across multiple functions. You will network with potential candidates to promote the Brex brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best talent!
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of top product design and brand design talent through creative sourcing strategies including referral generation, networking, and online resources
- Develop and implement effective and innovative recruiting strategies for attracting and sourcing high-quality candidates
- Provide the best end to end experience for candidates from engagement through offer stages
- Qualify candidates for technical and creative abilities as well as alignment with Brex's core values
- Manage and drive a full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer and close
- Create and post job descriptions
Requirements
- A track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing high-quality design candidates
- Experience in recruiting for technical and creative positions in house
- Experience sourcing through multiple channels
- Passion, interest, and understanding of technology and design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to partner with hiring teams, sourcers, and recruiting coordinators to develop and execute on hiring strategies for creative roles
- Past experience utilizing data to improve recruiting efficiency, drive innovation, and influence hiring decisions
- 4+ years of experience as a technical or design recruiter

- Experience with design org mapping and ability to strategically approach building a team
