RingCentral is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Recruiter to work closely with our G&A and Finance Team to build and engage top talent pipelines to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in successful candidate engagement with roles related, but not limited, to Finance/Accounting, HR, and Legal, with the goal of providing an outstanding candidate experience for every RingCentral applicant.
Own Senior level hiring for our Business Support teams - Finance and Accounting, Legal, People, IT.
You will manage the full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate top candidates.
You will own relationships with hiring managers and collaborate with them to customize and execute hiring plans.
You will partner with internal cross functional groups including Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits team, and People Operations teams to facilitate hiring.
Use data, your knowledge, and industry/market trends to provide regular hiring updates and reporting to functional Business leaders.
You have 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, including the ability to recruit passive candidates.
You have combined experience supporting in-house G&A recruiting functions at an SaaS or other fastpaced technology company with external agency
You have a desire for impact - ready to take on a lot of responsibility and work collaboratively with your team.
You’re creative in your approach to recruiting - you’re not afraid to use non-traditional methods of recruiting talent and love the hunt for the right person.
Experience working strategically with senior business leads as a thought partner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
